The puppies from our second litter (the first from Canelle) flew out to the assistance dogs associations that work with us together. Amber goes to Les Amis des Aveugles, Armani and Amaretto to Hachiko, Amigo and Amarok to Scale Dogs and Ampère leaves for Vrienden der Blinden. Thanks to the maternity host family Proesmans-Gryffroy for the good care during the past 8 weeks.

Our next lady on ultrasound examination, Canelle is pregnant.

At the beginning of October 2018 we expect our next litter.
Canelle, from Fondation Ecole Romande Pour Chien-guides d'aveugles from Switzerland, was mated by Mango, a stud from our partner CESECAH from France.

The 10th of July 2018, Starling has giving birth at 7 blond puppies. The 5 males and 2 females are full of health and are doing very well. Starling and the 7 future assistance dogs are being monitored via a nestcam that we will stream live in the coming weeks. Due to technical, privacy and care reasons, this will mainly take place every evening between 6 pm and 10 pm. Be sure to take a look at our live stream page.

On June 28, 2018, we were able to introduce Starling and Purpose Dogs to the general public during our first real press conference that took place at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Ghent University. Numerous guest speakers including Chris Dusauchoit, Jane Russenberger (Guiding Eyes) and Jeroen Bastijns (Ecuphar) made the event very interesting.
